Hotel Regina del Bosco - Ronzone Val di Non

Discover the Hotel Regina del Bosco, a historic Habsburg residence located in Ronzone in the picturesque Mendel Pass.

Built in 1883 by Emperor Franz Joseph as a hunting lodge, this structure was converted into an elegant hotel in 1921, keeping the historic imperial chamber intact.

Over the years, it has hosted prominent personalities from German and French society, consolidating its prestige in the beautiful Val di Non. Currently, the Hotel Regina del Bosco, now under new management, has been completely renovated.

Located in Ronzone in the Upper Val di Non, it offers rooms overlooking a well-kept garden, free private parking, a cosy common lounge and a spacious terrace.

Guests can enjoy a restaurant, bar, indoor pool and hot tub. Some rooms have stunning views of the Brenta Dolomites and are equipped with a desk and a flat-screen TV. In the morning, guests can enjoy a rich breakfast with buffet, continental and Italian options. The area is popular for activities such as hiking and skiing, and the hotel offers bike rental services to explore the surroundings.

The Touriseum Museum and the Merano Theatre are only 41 km away, while Bolzano Airport is 32 km away. The slopes of the Val di Non, perfect for children and beginners, offer safe and uncrowded descents, with convenient free parking. Services for skiers are available, such as equipment rental, ski schools, practice camps and comfortable huts.

Nearby, in Sarnonico, there is the Dolomiti Golf with an 18-hole course. Horse riding enthusiasts can take advantage of individual lessons on horseback.

The hotel's restaurant, open to the public, serves national and local cuisine, with specialties such as dumplings and "potato pies".
